Thank-you for choosing to fly with DAT. We hope your journey was as you anticipated. Fortunately we rarely encounter problems, and when we do we always try to solve them on site.

Naturally, situations do arise in which our staff are unable to offer a satisfactory solution on site. In the following section, you'll find information about DAT baggage handling rules, including what to do if your luggage is damaged or lost.
